Invercargill Airport has facilities to ensure that even mobility-challenged passengers can
travel with ease. Wheelchairs are available and Airline staff would be happy to help in this regard.

If you require special assistance in relation to a flight, please contact Air New Zealand directly.

Mobility parks are available for vehicles with a valid disability card.

The washroom for mobility-challenged passengers is next to the ladies washroom.

Blue Star taxis have mobility vans with facilities for wheelchair users.

Baggage trolleys are available throughout the airport at no cost.

There are no currency exchange facilities or banks at the Airport.
There is an ATM machine available across from the public toilet block in the Terminal. The ATM dispenses NZ Dollars only.

Lost Something at Invercargill Airport?

If you’ve misplaced an item while at the airport, we’re here to help! Anything found in the terminal is logged and stored safely by our administration team. Valuable items like wallets, phones, and electronics are kept in a secure safe for up to 30 days before handed over to the Invercargill Police. Other items are held for the same period and then donated to local charities or disposed of responsibly. Perishable or hazardous items are removed straight away for safety reasons.

To report a lost item, you can visit our administration office, use the QR Code below or on our information kiosk, or simply give us a call.

If you have misplaced an item either onboard one of your Air New Zealand flights or in one of the Air New Zealand lounges, please contact Air New Zealand on 0800 737 000 to report the details of your loss.

 

Baby changing is available at the main public toilets in the Terminal.

Invercargill Airport has a Digital Interactive Kiosk inside the terminal that can answer frequently asked questions including how to pay for parking.

The Airport Café serves light meals and snacks. They also have a small supply of travel necessities and gifts for your convenience. There are no retail shops or Duty Free Facilities at the Invercargill Airport.
